Being a Wedding Planner is exciting and fulfilling. It takes patience and commitment but when coupled with passion it's a pleasure to do. It's often amazing though, that sometimes you come across a bride who already has a wedding dress but no idea what style of wedding they would like. I guess for a bride a wedding gown makes the wedding. Before you consider what type of dress or gown you will have, it'll be important to decide the style or type of wedding. You may ask why style of wedding is important in determining the style of dress you will have. A bride may purchase a dress that is too formal for an afternoon ceremony or even the wrong style for the reception. A bride and groom need to be dressed appropriately for the style or type of wedding, time of day and location.

Words of advice for brides

·         When shopping for a gown go at least to three different shops and try on as many dresses as possible before buying one.

·         A dress doesn't look too good hanging on a rack, but once worn it looks stunning.

·         Take your time when choosing the gown for your big day.

Get the gown that makes you feel happy and totally satisfied.
